Hephaestus Skills is open source under the MIT License. Parts adapted from other projects keep their own licenses; SOURCES.md lists each source, and their license texts are in LICENSES/.
No warranty
The plugin and this site are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, as the MIT License says. The skills instruct an AI coding agent, and that agent runs commands, edits files and may reach the services you connect. You stay responsible for reviewing what your agent does, for your data and credentials, and for anything it changes in your repositories and environments.
Use of the site
You may read, link to and quote this site. Do not use it in a way that harms the service or other visitors, such as automated load that degrades it.
Trademarks
Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic. Other product names belong to their owners. Hephaestus Skills is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, Vercel or any other vendor it mentions.

These terms may change; every change is a commit in the repository, so the history of this file is the full record.
